Best Chart Signals is a UK-based subscription service providing financial market trading signals. We operate at bestchartsignals.com and can be contacted at signals@bestchartsignals.com.

All third party providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

How long we keep your data

• Subscriber data — kept for the duration of your subscription and for up to 2 years after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes
• Payment records — kept for 7 years as required by UK tax law
• Email communications — kept for up to 2 years
• Website usage data — kept for up to 12 months

How we protect your data

• Our website uses SSL encryption — all data transmitted between your browser and our site is encrypted
• Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers
• Access to subscriber data is restricted to Best Chart Signals only
