Personal use only
All signals, alerts and content provided through Best Chart Signals — including via the members page, Telegram channel and email — are for the personal use of the named subscriber only. Sharing, forwarding, republishing or redistributing any signal or content in any form, whether for commercial gain or otherwise, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.
Access credentials
Your Telegram invite link, members page password and any other access credentials issued to you are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access with any third party is a breach of your subscription agreement. Best Chart Signals reserves the right to cancel your subscription immediately and without refund if access credentials are found to have been shared or misused.
Monitoring and enforcement
Access to the members page and signal delivery channels is monitored. Unusual access patterns — including simultaneous logins from multiple locations or devices — may be investigated. Best Chart Signals reserves the right to suspend or cancel any subscription where misuse is suspected, pending investigation. Cancellation for breach of these terms does not entitle the subscriber to a refund.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no further payments will be taken, and access continues until that date. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable consumer law. Cancellations for breach of these terms are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
Intellectual property
All signals, analysis, commentary and content produced by Best Chart Signals are the intellectual property of Best Chart Signals. Reproducing, screenshotting for redistribution, or using any content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. Signals found to be reproduced or sold by a subscriber will result in immediate cancellation and may be pursued legally.
Changes to terms
Best Chart Signals reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
